HORROR FILM ‘SHWETA’ READY FOR RELEASE

uspense horror thriller film ‘Shweta’ has been censored and is ready for release. The film is produced by Ramachandra Reddy and is directed by Rajesh R Balipa. The film has music by Kiran Ravindranath and Nagarjuna’s camera work.  

Director Rajesh Balipu said the film revolves around a debug box and Shweta is the name of the character played by a Mangaluru girl Akshata who is a researcher. Shweta is in the company of her friend and college mate when she finds the box and what happens next is what the story is all about, the director said.  

The director said a lot of emphasis has been laid on the use of computer graphics. 

Music composer Kiran Ravindranath said it is his first horror film. The film he said has no songs and it is only the background score which makes it all the more challenging.  

Cameraman Nagarjuna said he has used lighting that is kind of required for horror films. He said a major portion of the film’s shoot happened in the night.  

Producer’s son Manju said he plays Shweta’s  friend and college mate in the movie. Kiran who is acting in the daily soap Gandhari said he plays a mad guy in the movie.
