uneeth Rajkumar turned 42 on Friday and celebrated his birthday with fans as his latest upcoming film Rajakumara will be releasing on March 24 all over Karnataka. A large number of fans gathered at the actor’s residence to wish him on his birthday. Huge cakes were cut and a number of celebrities extended their wishes  to Puneeth on the occasion of his birthday.  

The social media was abuzz with songs from the film Rajakumara. Appa James Bond maga anna bond has become popular which is one of the songs from the film. Another song He is Mr Perfect…has also become popular. The film is directed by Santosh Anandram and produced by Hombale Films. The film has been censored and is now hitting the screens next Friday.  

Bigg Boss winner Pratham and another participant Sanjana was also present at Puneeth’s birthday celebration.

he audio and trailer of Puneeth Rajkumar’s latest upcoming film Rajakumara was released at a well-attended function in Bengaluru. The film’s songs were also launched for viewing. Rajakumara is produced by Vijay Kirangadur of Hombale Films and Harikrishna has scored the music. The film is directed by Santosh Anandram who had made Mr and Mrs Ramachari. The film has an ensemble starcast comprising Priya Anand, Anant Nag, Prakash Rai, Sarath Kumar, Rangayana Raghu, Sadhu Kokila, Bhargavi Narayan, Achyuth Kumar, Avinash and K S Sridhar among others.  

Yash and Radhika Pandit released the first song of the film. He said the film has energy, name, relationship and carries with it a lot of expectations. He said Appu was rightful owner of this title. Radhika Pandit said Priya looks beautiful and added that the film will be a perfectly packaged as she said Puneeth was one of her favourite actors.

Jaggesh released the second song and said he saw glimpses of Rajkumar in Puneeth’s performance during the interval block of the film.

Shivarajkumar released the trailer of the film. He said Puneeth inspired him to become an actor. He said he was also surprised at his younger brother’s talent in singing and dancing at a young age. He said he liked Puneeth’s subtle acting. Raghavendra Rajkumar said he was waiting to watch the film.

Director Santosh Anandram said the film is likely to release on March 24. He said there is no relationship between Dr Rajkumar himself and the title. The film gives us a glimpse of Dr Rajkumar’s personality and not the late legendary actor’s persona. It is a film on human relations with five songs and four fights.

Priya Anand said the film is a perfect launch for her in Kannada cinema. She said she had seen Ramachari in a mall in Bengaluru and had liked it. Sarath Kumar said he accepted the offer because he could get to act with so many people and especially Puneeth. He said the film is interesting and will meet people’s expectations.

Avinash said he felt different while working in the movie. Rangayana Raghu said it is difficult to become a king in a democracy and added that Puneeth must have missed the presence of Annavru.

Puneeth said he was happy and nervous about the film as the title carries his father’s name. He said the film reminded him of his father and his roles in the films.

Music composer Harikrishna said music plays an important character in the film. He said he kept working on the Bombe song for three months with the director that was rendered by Vijay Prakash.
