POSSIBLE’ RELEASING ON SEPT 23

annada film ‘Possible’, a suspense thriller and a love story will release in about 85 theatres all over Karnataka on September 23. The film is produced by Manjunath and directed by Raj. The film stars Surya and Shravya Rao in lead roles.

Producer Manjunath told reporters that the film has got good response for its trailer on the Internet and the songs of the movie have also become a hit. He said the shoot for the movie happened at a brisk pace that the team enjoyed it as a family outing.

Director Raj said two stories open up in one cinema. He said the first half is a love story that takes a turn into a suspense thriller in the second half. The director said for the first time he has tried to make a thriller comical. He said the film had got response for its publicity campaign that had rural sports as a theme.

Raj said he is happy that producer of Rathavara Bandiyappa had agreed to do a film for him and this announcement has been made possible due to the other producer and possible producer.

Tribhuvan has choreographed the songs. Pavan of Maja Talkies plays an anchor in the movie. Shravya Rao could not make it to the meet as she was reportedly unwell. Surya who is playing the male lead arrived late for the press meet.

POSSIBLE’ TO RELEASE ON SEPT 2

annada film ‘Possible’ will release on September 2 all over Karnataka. The film is going to censor in a day or two, according to director Raj. He said subject to technical review from censors the film will be released accordingly. He said the publicity blitzkrieg for the movie will start from Monday.

Director Raj said the team will use desi games to promote the film. Games such as Lagori, Chinni Dandu, Goli and Buguri will be played to lure the audiences into seeing the film as part of the promotion. He said a physical trainer and a doctor will be kept at the disposal during the training and the team will tour the entire state.

Surya who plays the hero said he thought it was not possible to realize his dream of becoming an actor but now it is now possible he said.

Shravya Rao said Possible is a romantic thriller with a lot of cinematic elements. She said she has driven a motorbike and has delivered mass dialogues. She said the songs are also good.

Dinesh Kumar has scored the music for the film which has five songs. Singers from Sa Re Ga Ma Pa competition have sung for the movie.

POSSIBLE’ MUSIC RELEASED, COMPLETE

aw Minister T B Jayachandra released the audio CD of the film ‘Possible’ at a function in Bengaluru on Monday. The film is directed by Raj. The film stars Surya and Shravya Rao in lead roles.

Speaking on the occasion, the minister said bringing the anti-piracy laws under the goonda act is under the consideration of the government. He said he was the chairman of Film Development Corporation 38 years ago and added that he had lost money by investing on a film starring Vishnuvardhan which didn’t happen. He said he knew the producer of the film Possible. He said when the producer told him that he was making a film he (minister) thought was it possible but now he had made it ‘possible’.

The minister said the cinema title is itself Possible and so a guaranteed success of the film is possible.

Surya said he was selected among 700 guys who were auditioned for the role. He said the story is about an aspiring cop who gets into difficulty and how he comes out of it forms the story.

Shravya Rao said Possible is a romantic thriller with a lot of cinematic elements. She said she has driven a Bullet motorbike and has got to deliver mass dialogues. The songs in the movie are also good, she said.

Music composer Dinesh Kumar said the film has five songs. He said singers from Sa Re Ga Ma Pa had sung for the movie.

Basavaraj and Prabhu from Hubballi were given away the prizes for winning the caller tune contest.

Director Raj said he has not shown the hero in the trailer but said he has introduced him in the songs. He said it was possible to finish the film due to financial support from two of the producers who live in Australia.
