NOW, HOLI CELEBRATIONS IN SANDALWOOD A LA BOLLYWOOD STYLE

uoyed by the success of Box Cricket League (BCL) held recently, Kamar has announced plans to celebrate Holi as an event with celebrities on the festival day of Holi on March 12.

He told reporters on Friday evening that the teams and members who participated in the cricket matches will take part in a day-long Holi celebration event from 9 am to 6 pm at a playground near Manyata Tech Park in Nagawara, Bengaluru.

He said invites are also being sent to other celebrities who did not play the cricket matches in the recently conducted BCL tourney.  Kamar said talks are on to tie up with a television channel to telecast the event. He said the event will include splashing of colours along with music and dance programmes during the entire day. He said the event will be open only media personnel and celebrities.

Aditi Rao, Adi Lokesh, Tennis Krishna, Dharma Keerthiraj and Disha Poovaiah were among those present at the press meet. Earlier, video footage of the Holi celebrations that was held in Bollywood was shown to journalists to give an indication of what the whole celebration and event will look like.
