BILL GATES’ ALL SET TO ROLL

annada film ‘Bill Gates’, a comedy and a family entertainer will begin shoot under the direction of newbie C Srinivasa. The film is produced by a group of eight people under the banner Sree Paanchajannya Cine Creations. The film stars Chikkanna, television actor Shishir, Meghana Appaiah, Roja, Kuri Pratap and Girish among others.

Director Srinivasa told reporters that the film is not based on Microsoft founder Bill Gates but it is an aspirational character that brings a lot of laughter in the movie. Bill Gates is a family entertainer that also speaks of humanity with a message in the end. He said a schedule of 25 days shoot at Mysuru and its surroundings, Srirangapatna and Bengaluru will be held. The film will have four songs out of which two of them will be shot overseas. Two foreigners will be part of the film, the director said. He said the songs will remind people of their childhood.

Shishir Shastry who is now acting in television soap Kulavadhu said he began his journey on television with the serial Sose. He said he wanted to do films and had even struggled like many others to get an opportunity. Shishir said the character he plays in his debut movie suits him perfectly as much as the story. He said the film will carry a different flavour with comedy.

Jayamallikarjuna who is penning the dialogues and who has worked as co-director of Neer Dose said he was initially when he heard the story and had doubts about whether it could be done. But, he said the team’s beliefs gave him confidence, he said.

Roja said Bill Gates is her fourth film. She said she initially thought that the film is about Bill Gates. She said her role in the movie is that of a bold girl, jovial and a spontaneous one with scope to perform.

Meghana Appaiah said Bill Gates is her third film and added that she plays a bold girl in the movie.

Music composer Nobin Paul said Bill Gates is a classy title which will have classy songs. He said the film will have four songs and two signature tunes for the hero. Cinematographer Rakesh C Tilak also spoke.

Yathiraj said his character in the movie gives a twist to the story.
